Norwest Commercial & Industrial was founded in 1987 by Earle Beaumont, colloquially known as the Sheriff of Norwest in recognition of his role as strata manager of many of the early buildings in Norwest Business Park and his position on the board of directors of Norwest Association Limited for 19 years.
The business started as an industrial specialist agency in the Hills District, but expanded its services into commercial property sales, leasing and management with the expansion of the Norwest Business Park. Today, Norwest Commercial & Industrial is the longest running agency under the same family management and the largest agency specialising in the northwest business precincts.

For over 60 years, since Coutts was founded by Ron Coutts, the business has gained an enviable and leading reputation for excellence in Commercial, Industrial and Retail Real Estate.
Coutts reputation is based on an unequalled standard of professional integrity, born out in alliances developed with clients, characterised by excellence, trust, honesty, flexibility, satisfaction and co-operation at all levels.
Coutts was founded at Castle Hill and has been specialising in non-residential property for the last 30 years. For most of that time, Coutts was known as Coutts Industrial - in 2012, the "industrial" was dropped from the name in recognition of the great proportion of office and retail work we do, in addition to industrial.

Waratah Strata Management is a proud member of Beaumont Property. Joining the group in mid 2023 after ten years under the ownership and management of Robert & Mary-Louise Crosbie. With Robert having over 20 years experience as a strata manager, business development manager and owner of two of the largest strata management companies in Sydney and Australia.
