STRATA AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

THE BEAUMONT DIFFERENCE

We conduct our strata management business through Beaumont Strata Management and Waratah Strata Management.

Strata management in New South Wales refers to the management of properties that are divided into individual lots or units, where owners collectively share ownership and responsibility for common areas and facilities. This type of property ownership is commonly found in apartment buildings, townhouses, commercial office buildings, retail centres and industrial complexes, and other multi-unit developments.

Beaumont Strata Management has specialised in the management of commercial, industrial, retail and select residential properties since the early 1980s. Starting as a home business by Earle & Lynette Beaumont, it has grown to be one of Sydney’s leading strata management companies and one of the few with such specialization. As specialists, Beaumont Strata’s services often extend to active management/facilities management of sites.

Waratah Strata Management joined the group in 2023. Waratah provides services to mainly residential estate across New South Wales. While providing a full service offering to clients, we do this at a cost effective rate.

Strata and community management is an exciting business and we love to assist lotowners with their needs. While many managers boats of managing “properties”, we prefer to say we enjoy managing communities. A well run community – where there is excellent communication between the manager and the owners corporation, where jobs are done expeditiously and there is a clear understanding of the role of the strata manager – results in a harmonious living and working environment for owners. Further, we find that such communities typically present well, residents enjoy living and working there, and sale and rental prices are high.
