A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO
Our family has been involved with commercial property and strata management for over 40 years. We are proud of the work we have done with countless owners and tenants, and with the many staff, contractors and other stakeholders we have worked with over many years.
My father and mother started this business as a small home based enterprise from their home in North Rocks, in Sydney’s northwest. Through a lot of hard work, resilience, skill, and a fair share of good luck, we have managed to grow a business that makes a significant contribution to the living and working environments of our clients and, we hope, have contributed to their success. We are proud of our achievement so far and look forward to a prosperous future as the next generation of the Beaumont family and our business partners take the reins.
The Beaumont Property Group has ambitious plans for growth. We have accommodated a number of business acquisition and joint venturing transactions that have enabled other business owners to partially or fully exit their businesses. The Beaumont Property Group has a long history of providing strata and community management services.
Strata and community management relates to the management of common property and owners corporations for the owners that have purchased “lots” within a scheme. These forms of shared ownership were substantially developed in New South Wales in the 1960s. The laws and practice can be complex, but with an experienced manager assisting, owners can rest assured that their valuable investments are well looked after.
Shared living and working arrangements naturally raise challenges. Again, an experienced manager will understand how managing a strata or community scheme is not just about managing buildings; it is about managing the needs of the various owners, tenants and other stakeholders that call the property their home or work place.
